I am a 45 year old fitness instructor and regularly work out 3-5 times a week. I want to give my progress so far. I started the pills 9 days ago and so far have lost 9 pounds. I did not change any of my normal habits. I do eat less, because I am not hungry. I take one first thing in the morning and eat about 2 hours after taking it and than another about two hours before supper. I have cut my calorie intake down according to my current weight. When I started this I was 200.1 pounds, taking in 2000 calories a day. I am now 191 pounds and taking in 1900 calories. Once the weather gets nicer here I plan on walking, but so far I cannot complain. I feel great, am sleeping better, and have a ton of energy. I love this pill!!

I want to tell you what a wonderful product I think you have.

I have been on Pure Garcinia for two weeks and have lost 5 pounds. It does not make me jittery and gives me more energy. I have tried two other diet products and they both made me real jittery. I could not stay on them long enough to lose any weight. I threw both of them away. I want to lose ten pounds so I am already half way there. I drink plenty of water with this product and do no get real hungry between meals. I plan to start going back to the gym tomorrow. I’d like to offer a testimonial for the bottles of extract I received. The best news is that I take one in the morning before breakfast and usually forget to take a second one.
